   • 02 experts are needed: 01 technical expert (water supply and sanitation); 01 financial expert
• The technical expert must:
o have deep knowledge on the water supply and sanitation sector and related regulation in Vietnam
o have at least 15 years of experience working in relevant sectors (water supply and sanitation, public services, etc…) and/or directly for water and sanitation utilities
o have good understanding and knowledge of international donors’ projects/programs in Vietnam
o be fluent in English
• The financial expert must
o have deep knowledge on the financial model and capacities of water and sanitation utilities
o have good knowledge on financial and banking sector in Vietnam
o have at least 15 years of experience working for financial/audit institutions in relevant sectors in Vietnam (water supply, sanitation, waste or other public services). Experiences with international donors are highly appreciated.
o be fluent in English
