   I. Minimum of seven (7) years of General experience in Building Construction/Design Fit-out/Renovation (Residential, Commercial, Government Facilities);
II. Minimum of Seven (7) years of General experience in works that include installation of Network Cabling (with the supply and installation of certain IT equipment), HVAC, Sprinkler, Fire alarm, and Electrical systems, (Residential, Commercial, or Government Facilities);
III. Demonstration of Similar work experience as a prime contractor/JV member/sub-contractor in the construction/renovation of at least one work of comparable size, value, importance, and complexity equivalent to the works included in this Request for Quotation over the last five years as evidenced by a client’s Certificate of Completion.
IV. Demonstration of Similar work experience as a prime contractor/JV member/sub-contractor in the installation of Network Cabling (supply and installation of IT equipment), HVAC, Sprinkler, Fire alarm, and Electrical systems, of at least one work of the comparable size, value, importance and complexity equivalent to the works included in this Request for Quotation over the last five years as evidenced by a client’s Certificate of Completion;
V. Provide evidence of the availability of financial resources to successfully complete the works in the amount of USD 50,000 (or equivalent amount in MNT). Otherwise, your quotation will not be considered further.
