The Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe (IDBZ) invites prospective bidders to participate in the following tenders:

Compulsory Site Visit Meeting Date: 10 June 2022, Time: 11:00 hours

Location: the meeting point will be at Gwanda Municipal Office, Cnr 4th Ave and Lawley St Gwanda.
Closing Deadline for Requests for Clarification 17 June 2022
Closing Deadline for Submission of Bids 8 July 2022 at 10:00 hours CAT
Bid Security Submit completed and duly signed Bid Securing Declaration Form in the format provided in the Bidding Document
Registration with PRAZ for 2022 A must requirement
Payment of Administration fees payable by bidders for bids subject to review in terms of section 54 of PPDPA Act A must requirement.

Amount Payable to PRAZ: ZWL30,000

Payment of Administration Fees may be done through the PRAZ portal.

Bids shall be valid for a bid period of sixty (60) working days.

Any bids send by email shall be considered nonresponsive to submission instructions and shall rejected. Bids must be delivered before or by the closing deadline stipulated above. Tenders will be opened in an online meeting immediately after the closing deadline for submission.

Late bids shall be rejected without further consideration.
Award of contract will be made to the bidder offering the lowest priced responsive bid.
