   The PMC is required to support the Integrated Project Management Unit (IPMU) on project management tasks, and technical coordination tasks of the respective components of the Project. The PMC shall also provide airport management advisory services to assist the IPMU and the GoTL airport manager, in the management of the necessary airport operator level coordination tasks and transition preparation tasks and some other details which are provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document.

It is expected that the consultancy assignment will be for 44 months including a Defects Notification Period of 12 months. The consultancy service is expected to start from the fourth quarter of 2022.

The consultant must enclose with their Technical Proposal a Proposal Security (in the form of Bank Guarantee) in the amount of US$ 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand United States Dollars) valid for twenty eight (28) days beyond the expiry of the original validity period of the proposal.
