   The EDTL, E.P on behalf of the Government of Timor-Leste invites qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the Re-Tender package for “Supply and Delivery of 1,445,400 Liters of Light Fuel Oil to EDTL Atauro Sub Station, Dili, Timor-Leste”

1.The bidder must provide proof that it has successfully completed at least 1 [one] similar supply contracts within the last 10 years for purchase and delivery of not less than 700.000 liters of fuel oil in a single contract;
2.The bidder must provide proof that it has access to financial resources such as working capital, lines of credit, cash in bank and other financial means to meet the cash flow requirement of US$ 400,000.00 (Four hundred thousand United State Dollar) net of its other commitments;
