   4. Participating in this bidding process is open to all interested international and national bidders. The attention of interested bidders is drawn to the qualification criteria detailed in the bidding document, which include:

i. Cash Flow Capacity:
a) Soundness of the Bidder's Financial Position: Submission of audited balance sheets or, if not required by the law of the Bidder's country, other financial statements acceptable to the Employer, for the last three (3) years. A Bidder's net worth calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.
b) Cash Flow Capacity: Using Forms FIN - 2 and FIN - 3 in Section 4 (Bidding Forms) the Bidder must demonstrate access to financial resources such as working capital of recent financial year or availability of cash in bank, approved line of credit and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments for its current works commitment to meet a cash-flow requirement of US$ 150,000.00 and its current works commitment.

ii. Similar Experience: One (1) similar contract satisfactorily completed/substantially completed as a prime supplier, joint venture member, management supplier during the last Seven (7) years with a contract value at least of US$: 220,000.00.
