ANGOLA - MINISTRY OF ENERGY AND WATER (MINEA)
   The Procurement Officer must have the following minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law from a recognized University;
• At least 5 years proven and a sound working experience in procurement and contract management activities in a multinational environment;
• At least 5 years’ specific progressive and continuous experience in procurement and contract management activities in projects financed by the World Bank and/or other International Financing Agencies using FIDIC Conditions of Contract documents;
• Fluency in Portuguese and knowledge of working English language is mandatory;
• Excellent computer skills.
The following will be considered as advantages:
• Post-graduation Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration and Law;
• Attendance of WB procurement related courses/seminars in recognized by the Bank training institutions/universities in addition to other relevant courses/technical seminars;
• Experience in Larger Works and more than 3 years’ experience in procurement in Angola or CPLP countries;
• Experience in using STEP.
