   -Gender equality with an environmental perspective, preferentially in marine and coastal areas, with at least 10-15 years of relevant professional experience in internationally funded conservation project, and knowledge/experience of Indonesia
-Coastal ecosystem protection and blue carbon finance, with at least 10-15 years of relevant professional experience in coastal and marine ecosystems management with a significant knowledge of blue carbon issues and processes/actors at the international level
-Community livelihoods with at least 10-15 years of relevant professional experience in support to coastal communities in Indonesia.
-International project management with at least 2 significant experiences in donor funded projects studies or management, preferentially from AFD or equivalent
-E&S risks management, knowledge of WB E&S framework and Indonesian E&S regulations, and experience in ESIA/ESMP for conservation projects in Indonesia
