   Minimum of three (3) separate assignments recruiting Director or Executive level positions, performed for similar corporate or international clients willing to provide references upon request.
Provide a reference from at least two (2) previous clients about the quality of services provided by the Consultant on the recruitment of Director and/or Executive level positions.
Propose a team of three (3) persons with qualifications specified below.
1. Recruitment Manager/Team Leader
(1) Master’s degree or higher in human resources management, business management, or other relevant areas.
(2) Formal training in human resources management and eight (8) or more years of professional experience in human resource management in a private, public, or international entity.
(3) Demonstrated experience in managing competitive recruitment assignments for corporate clients and/or international organizations, forming and successfully managing teams, and ensuring the quality of their output;
(4) Speaking, writing, and reading fluency in Mongolian and English.
2. Recruitment Specialist
(1) A Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources management, business management or other relevant area.
(2) Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in human resources management and personnel recruitment.
(3) Speaking, writing, and reading fluency in Mongolian and English.
3. Administrative Assistant
(1) A Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources management, business management or other relevant area.
(2) Minimum of (3) years of experience providing administrative support, including database creation and management in human resource management field.
(3) Speaking, writing, reading fluency in Mongolian and working knowledge of English.
