* General Experience of not less than 10 years in high voltage power transmission and interconnection projects.

* Specific experience in preparation, at least ten (10), of feasibility studies for construction high voltage power transmission and interconnection projects completed globally, in the last 10 years.

* Experience in preparation, at least three (3), of feasibility studies for construction high voltage power transmission and interconnection projects, in the Sub-Saharan region, completed in the last 10 years.
