The STATE BIDDING SUPERINTENDENCE, through its Auctioneer and Support Team, appointed pursuant to the provisions contained in Ordinance No. 30/SUPEL/GAB, published in the DOE on 03/08/2022, makes public that it is authorized to carry out the bidding in the mode of BIDDING, in the INTERNATIONAL ELECTRONIC form, under No. 305/2022/ALFA/SUPEL/RO, of the LOWEST PRICE PER ITEM type. DISPUTE METHOD: OPEN, with the purpose of qualifying companies and selecting the most advantageous proposal, according to the provisions described in this notice and its annexes, in accordance with Federal Laws No. 10,520/02 and No. 8,666/93 and their amendments, which the Auction modality is applied in a subsidiary manner, with State Decree No. 26.182, OF JUNE 24, 2021, No. 16.089/2011 and No. 25.829/2021 and DECREE No. 27.382, OF AUGUST 3, 2022, with Complementary Law No. 123/06 and its amendments, with State Law No. 2414/2011, and other legislation in force, with the State Secretariat for Security, Defense and Citizenship – SESDEC as interested.
