   i. A service provider must provide a special license/permit to operate a transportation service.
ii. A service provider must provide documentation proving that it directly and solely owns the vehicles offered for service, which are manufactured not earlier than 2015.
iii. A service provider must demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in providing passenger transportation or vehicle rental services.
iv. A service provider must provide evidence that all vehicles offered for service must be safe and free of mechanical defects:
a. Demonstrate evidence of annual automobile inspection, comply with all safety inspections – demonstrate evidence of the list of safety toolkits in each vehicle and relevant laws/regulations, and have valid registration.
b. All vehicles offered for service must have GPS tracking devices.
c. All vehicles offered for service must be covered by a full insurance policy, including insurance incidents for the driver, passengers, and any/all third parties.
v. The drivers offered for the services must have a valid driver’s license (B and D) with at least five (5) years of licensed driving experience and no major traffic violation records.
