   i. A service provider must provide documentation proving that it directly and solely owns the vehicles or have a rental agreement with vehicle owners offered for the service.
ii. A service provider must demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in providing passenger transportation or vehicle rental services.
iii. A service provider must provide evidence that all vehicles offered for service are safe and free of mechanical defects:
a. Demonstrate evidence of annual automobile inspection, comply with all safety inspections
b. Demonstrate evidence of the list of safety toolkits in each vehicle required by relevant laws/regulations.
c. All vehicles offered for service must be registered and covered by a full insurance policy, including insurance incidents for the driver, passengers, and any/all third parties.
