   Required qualification and qualification documents:
The eligible company shall meet the following minimum qualification criteria;

1) Contract of Similar Size and Nature:
Participation as main supplier, management supplier or joint venture member in at least 1 similar contract within the last ten (10) years, with value of at least US$750,000.00 that has been successfully or substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed supply.
Document Required: Certified true Copy of the Certificate of Completion or Acceptance/ Taking-Over Certificate/ Substantial Completion for the contracts submitted as successfully completed. (English Translation, if the original documents are not in English);

2) Financial Capacity
A. Soundness of the Bidder’s Financial Position:
Submitted of Audited Financial Statements (balance sheets, income statement and cash flow) or, if not required by the law of the Bidder’s country, other financial statements acceptable to the Employer for the last three (3) years. As a minimum, a Bidder’s net worth calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.
“For local bidders, if bid as single entity or joint venture locally, soundness of bidder’s financial position evaluation weight will not consider and the same weight is increased under cash flow capacity”;

B. Cash Flow Capacity:
The Bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments to meet a cash-flow requirement of US$500,000.00, net of the Bidder’s other commitments and its current contracts commitment. For more information of qualification requirements detailed in the Bidding Document.
Document Required: In case of bank Statement: the period requires shall be past Six months prior to the submission of bid and the bidder must provide a sworn declaration to authorize the Employer to verify and authenticate the submitted bank statement.
