b. The delivery period upon receipt of a purchase order. AGRA’s expected delivery period is 4 to 6 weeks.
c. Attach pictures, catalogue and specifications of laptops and accessories that you are quoting for.
d. The item quoted for should have a warranty clearly stated in the quotation.
e. Evidence / Copy of document that the company is Lenovo/IBM partner
f. Attach a valid tax clearance certificate (TCC).
g. AGRA Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date.
h. Financial/Price Quotation MUST be password protected. Password will be requested after Deadline for Submission of Quotations
