The bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments to meet a cash-flow requirement and net of the Bidders of other commitments. Document Required: In case of bank Statement: the period requires shall be past Six months prior to the submission of bid and the bidder must provide a sworn declaration to authorized the Employer to verify and authenticate the submitted bank statement.

Participating as main supplier, management supplier or joint venture member, in at least one (1) contract withing the last ten (10) years, that has been successfully or substantially completed and that are similar to proposed supply contract.
