1. The AUTORIDADE NACIONAL DESIGNADA PARA COMBATE ÀS ALTERAÇÕES CLIMATICAS (AND, I.P.) now invites bids from eligible international and Local Bidders for the supply of the goods and services as described above.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the two Envelopes procedure trough public tender and is open to all eligible Bidders ( International and local) as defined in this ITB.

4. Bids must be delivered as specified in the Instructions to Bidders of this ITB (please read this part carefully) and send to address (indicated below-no.7), For the bids submission electronically, shall send only to aprovisionamentoandip.tl@gmail.com in PDF format with protected password . Late bids will be rejected. Bidders’ representatives are invited to attend the bid opening. If you plan to attend, you must advise AND,I.P. at least 24 hours in advance of the opening by sending an email to < aprovisionamentoandip.tl@gmail.com >. Please indicate the bid reference number in the email subject. A bid opening report indicating the total price of each offer is available to all Bidders upon request.




5. Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by returning Form 1 (see Annex II, Bidding Forms) within the deadline specified at point 6.2 below, to email address: , indicating whether you intend to submit a bid. If you are declining to bid, please state the reasons on the form for AND,I.P. to improve its effectiveness in future invitations.

6.2 Deadline for acknowledgement – 28 January, 2024
On or before 17:00 TL hours local time (not mandatory)
6.3 Deadline for bidders’ clarifications – 08 January, 2024
On or before 15:00 hours TL local time

6.4 Submission Deadline – 29 January, 2024
On or before 13:00 hours local time

6.5 Pre-Bid Meeting – 08 January, 2024
At 15:00 hours local time

6.6 Bid Opening – 29 January, 2024
At 14:00 hours local time
