Bidder must submit a detailed description of its proposed methodology designed to achieve the objectives of the contract (detail information on where to source and supply the fuels, certificate of origin, mode of transport to be used, contact person, freight forwarder, local custom agent, spill mitigation measures, quality assurance, fuel station etc…) 15
