In accordance with article 65, of Decree Law 22/2022 of the Procurement Legal Regime, the Eletricidade the Timor-Leste, Empresa Pública (EDTL, E.P.) would like to announce its intent to award the following contract:

Project Description: Provision of Security Services for EDTL, E.P Twelve (12) Substation and Office Building for 3 years (RFP/0080/EDTL, E.P-2023)
Winning Bidder : PAX Protector Unipessoal Lda
Contract Amount : USD 1,739,700.00

Pursuant to paragraph (11) of Article 65 of the Procurement Legal Regime, any protest/claims must be submitted, in writing, to the Eletricidade de Timor-Leste, Empresa Pública (EDTL, E.P.) within ten (10) working days from the posting date of this tender result.
