This Addendum No. 3 is issued to amend certain items in the Bidding Document (BD) in accordance with Section 1, Instructions to Bidders, Clause 7 for OCB/0096/EDTL-EP-2023: Supply of Fuels to Electricidade de Timor-Leste, Empresa Publica’s Vehicles Operational for 3 Years (2024, 2025 And 2026).

All prices must be quoted in US Dollar and shall be fixed during the Bidder’s performance of the Contract and not subject to variation.

insurance costs, testing fees, withholding tax, all customs
duties and taxes inside and outside of Timor-Leste, and all
other operational costs required to deliver to the final
destination in accordance with the contract requirements.
