notice_summary_english: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Computed Tomography (CT) Radiologist Services for the Swan Valley Health Centre, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The scope of the RFP includes CT Radiology Services adhering to minimum practice patterns set forth by Shared Health. This includes but it is not limited to acceptable Turnaround time (TAT) as per Association of Radiologists (CAR) standards and quality as well as the Shared Health Diagnostic Imaging (DI) Executive Committee.
The Supplier will work together with the Purchaser to ensure that the CT Radiologist services meet the needs of the Swan Valley Health Centre, Prairie Mountain Health (PMH), and Central Intake of Diagnostic Imaging Operations across the province.
There is currently no Radiologist reading station in Swan Valley Health Centre, necessitating remote readings of scans. However, this could change in the future necessitating radiologist on site occasionally for procedures and readings.
