ITB-BDS 21.1
Bid Security
Unless otherwise specified in the BDS, the Bidder shall furnish as part of its bid, in original form, a Bid Security as specified in the BDS. The amount shall be as specified in the BDS.

As per Original Bidding Document:
A Bid Security is required. The Bid Security shall be in the form of a Bank Guarantee in the format provided in Section IV. The Bid Security in the amount of USD 10,000.00.

Source of Funds
The Purchaser has allocated funds from its current budget year appropriations toward the cost of the project named in the BDS. The Employer intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
The Employer has allocated funds from current year 2024 for this particular project the maximum Budget for this Project is US$691,133.00; bid quoted exceed maximum Budget Will be rejected.

Section III. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria:
1. Experience
a. Similar Experience
Similar Experience (Similar to proposed supply contract) the Bidder should have demonstrated experience as a prime contractor, joint venture member or management contractor in undertaking similar projects with at least 1 similar project successfully implemented withing the last 10 years where the value of the contract of USD 200,000.00 and the similar project have been successfully completed. The similarity of the contractor participation shall be based on the physical size, nature of works, complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics of the contract.

Section III. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria:
2. Financial Capacity
The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence that it meets the following financial requirement(s):
Cash Flow Capacity:
Available working capital of recent year or cash in bank or stand-by line of credit from a financial institution to meet the project cash flow requirement of USD 400,000.00 and its current contracts commitment. (Bank statement required for past six (6) months from bid submission date).
