   Technical Evaluation Criteria

1) Experience
a). Contracts of Similar Size and Nature (Similar Experience in supply of Electrical Material)
Similar Experience in Supply of Electrical Materials. The Bidder should have demonstrated experience as a prime contractor, joint venture member or management contractor in undertaking similar project successfully implemented withing the last 10 years where the contract value equal to USD 200,000.00.

2) Financial Capacity
a). Soundness of the Bidder's Financial Position

Submission of audited balance sheets or, if not required by the law of the Bidder's country, other financial statements acceptable to the Employer, for the last three (3) years (2021, 2022 and 2023). A Bidder's net worth calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.


“For local bidders, if bided as a single entity or JV locally, soundness of bidder’s financial position evaluation weight will not consider and the same weight (5) is increased under cash flow capacity”

b). Cash Flow Capacity

Available working capital of recent year or cash in bank or stand-by line of credit from a financial institution to meet the project cash flow requirement of USD 250,000.00 and its current contracts commitment.
