A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the amount of assortment ordered is specified in Annex 1 to SWZ - a model form and price form (for packages from 1 to 18), Annex 2.1 Parameters of leased equipment for Package 12 and Annex 2.2 Parameters of lended equipment for Package 13.
Information on the principles of delivery, warranty and remuneration are included in Annex 3 to SWZ - planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, and Annex 3 A - planned provisions of the lease agreement for package No. 12 and Annex 3B to SWZ - planned provisions of the loan agreement for Package No. 13. The contracting authority reserves the right to properly modify the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract - Annex 3 to SWZ, Annex 3 to SWZ, If one contractor is awarded a public procurement for more than one task of this procedure.
